Boracay Island, Philippines

Everybody knew this small astonishing Island was blue water crystal beach and fine white sand is truly precious.  I bet many Pinoy and tourist want to experience and see the wonderful Boracay Island and I include myself to be one of it. It’s famous for celebrities’ destination, famous politicians, and wealthy people and for traveler. Boracay Island is often in the bucket list.

Even myself didn’t expect that I can witness and step my feet in this Island. An unexpected thing happen in our life is always a big surprise especially when we knew to our self that it will not happen.
I just heard Boracay for those friends of mine who are capable to travel because they have an extra budget to take a trip, often heard in television news, magazine and movies. 

I’m not ashamed to tell too many people that this is my first ever, experience to ride on a plane and being far from my small hometown. A journey when I was holding a local airplane ticket for this journey. I was commonly been in waiting area of airport when my Mom going back home here in Philippines, my cousin and auntie. I never thought I will probably be a passenger and get in to flew away to be in my destination.

It doesn’t make me feel scared riding on the plane, its calm and relaxing for me. It’s actually not that far being inside of a car or bus, the thing is it’s a big version, were passenger seats are too many and of course flying high above in the sky.  And the way how you ride with it is well-designed and comfortable. And of course it’s my first time all I need to do is enjoy and feel the taste of what adventure is waiting for me for my Destination Island. I enjoy the sight seeing of island and form of cute clouds in the window area while wearing my sweet smile and excited.

 How can I get there? How can I afford to explore and bring myself to Boracay Island? 

Well-known Places is costly and it really takes you long time to save and earn money to spend holiday. 

I agree with that, no doubt that you need to guarantee that you have enough budget and extra money to enjoy holiday and spend it. But first and foremost I’m here because of my job and that job is to cover and take Prenuptial Photoshoot to my lovely couple client. I’m sending my gratitude for bringing me here because they choose to create their special memories in this astounding small famous Island in Philippines before they get marry in New Zealand. And I will giving my best to create amazing photograph for them same as what the Boracay Island can leave to anyone of us, as remarkable memories in our mind, heart and soul.

Thanks for them for choosing and trusting my skills being their Photographer to capture sweet memories in this sweet Island. Now it’s clear that I travel the Island for work purpose plus enjoying and consider as well as a holiday. It’s a big bonus enjoying the place and feels the presence of this wonderful nature.
There are a lot of things to see in this Island the sparkling blue water, brilliant sports water activities, many boatman, white sand, fresh sea foods, many tourist, hotel and restaurant and most of all the wonderful seascape and rock formation of nature.

Angle to angle is truly photogenic, the waves of the beach are dazzling, everybody enjoying the sun and swim. A place where is no shame to show flesh and to achieve the golden brown skin. The Boracay Island is truly prove that it’s a tourist place where people love party beaches, white sand and the nice view.
It’s always nice to be in the place where you never been, there’s a lot of thing to discover and see. Amaze with new and fresh knowledge and feeding your mind and your eyes for so many things.
It’s also perfect place to witness sunset and sunrise every second and moment being in this place is wonderful. And I treasure this remarkable story as part of my life.

We actually stay in quiet and elegant hotel surrounded by a big golf field. There’s a pool area, small resto bar, spa and beach area. Fairways and Bluewater Newcoast Club is perfectly a great place if you are looking for a comfortable, relaxing and homie accommodation. But it’s very expensive.

Now! Looking for excitement and wanna see the crowd, of course the place where you need to go is the long beach. A place where you can see crowd, the shopping center, souvenir shops, side to side restaurant and where the party go on at night. 

During my time in Boracay Island my first thought is “Maybe I’m currently in Jeju Island”. Why? I was surrounded by many Koreans from left to right from beach to the mall. While western European, American and other ethnicity is not that much visible. 

Boracay Island is very competitive place where you can simply enjoy holiday and relax your mind to reward yourself and believe that you are deserve to have amusing vacation. I recommend this place for many travelers, or vacationers who love to spent holiday with beach, enjoy water activities and island hopping.
I just wanna wish that this place will keep the atmosphere clean and taking care of by many local concern citizen, to keep the tourism expand and help to build more jobs for fellow citizen Filipino to earn money for tourist guide, boatman and other related tourism occupation. 

And if I have chances to get back again here I will assure that I will take the opportunity to learn more and enjoy over and over again. And I really acknowledge the kindness and hospitality of family friend of mine (Ocampo family), specially a close friend and consider as a good sister Ms. Jane Ocampo for letting me experience this journey. Thank you so much gurlah (Our Tandem Gurlah and Gurlaluh) and this voyage will keep remembering as part of my life.

The wonderful Boracay Island…
